A full AI-first code editor. Its strength is context: it understands your codebase and makes multi-file edits conversationally. Great for developers who want AI woven into a familiar IDE experience.

Describe an interface, get working component code. Tools in this category are excellent for scaffolding UI fast — especially landing pages and dashboards — which you then refine by hand or with an agent.
4. Framer AI
For marketing sites, Framer's AI features plus its visual canvas mean a designer can go from prompt to published, animated site without writing code — and still fine-tune every pixel manually.

The steady workhorse: inline completions, chat, and codebase answers inside your editor. Less agentic than the tools above, but frictionless for day-to-day speed.

A browser-based environment where AI can build, run and deploy in one place. Perfect for prototypes, learning, and shipping small tools without local setup.

- Living in your IDE? Cursor or Copilot.
- Design-led site? Framer.
- Fast experiments? Replit or a UI generator.
The real skill
Tools change monthly; the durable skill is directing them well — clear requirements, small iterations, and honest review of the output. Vibe coding rewards people who know what good looks like. That's a design skill, and it's why designers may be the biggest winners of this era.
